Are your products authentic?

Absolutely – all of our perfumes are 100% genuine and sourced directly from reputable manufacturers in the UAE, ensuring authenticity and premium quality. Each product undergoes careful quality control, and we’re committed to providing a trustworthy shopping experience with your satisfaction as our top priority.

Where is my order?

Order Processing & Delivery Information

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Our processing hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am–5pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day. Specific products will be processed on the same day, provided the order is placed before 1 pm.

For next day dispatch, orders must be placed by 1 pm. Orders received after 1 pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Once dispatched, all items are expected to arrive within 3 working days between Monday to Saturday if express shipping is selected (available for free on selected products). Otherwise standard shipping applies and expected delivery is between 2 to 5 workings days. Most of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48h.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What items can I return?

We accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange on sealed, unused items returned within 30 working days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and securely returned to us.

The return label will be E-mailed to you once you contact us for a return. Please note a charge of £2.99 is applicable for change of mind returns.

Do perfumes expire?

Yes, perfumes can expire – though many don’t have a set expiry date.

The longevity of a fragrance depends on both the quality of its ingredients and how it’s stored.

Proper storage – away from heat, light, and air – can help preserve your perfume’s scent and performance for longer.

Where can I use my promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout.

Please ensure the code is successfully applied before completing your purchase, as we’re unable to apply discounts retrospectively.
