Are you products authentic?

Absolutely – all of our perfumes are 100% genuine and sourced directly from reputable manufacturers in the UAE, ensuring authenticity and premium quality. Each product undergoes careful quality control, and we’re committed to providing a trustworthy shopping experience with your satisfaction as our top priority.

Where is my order?

Order Processing & Delivery Information

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days. Our processing hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day.

For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 11am. Orders received after 11am on Fridays will be processed the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What items can I return?

We accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange on sealed, unused items returned within 30 working days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and securely returned to us.

Please note: Custom-filled oils and perfume samples in clear or crystal bottles are non-refundable and exempt from our returns policy.

Do perfume expire?

Yes, perfumes can expire – though many don’t have a set expiry date.

The longevity of a fragrance depends on both the quality of its ingredients and how it’s stored.

Proper storage – away from heat, light, and air – can help preserve your perfume’s scent and performance for longer.

Where can I use my promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout.

Please ensure the code is successfully applied before completing your purchase, as we’re unable to apply discounts retrospectively.
