How we source our fragrances
We buy stock directly from manufacturers and through approved distributors and wholesalers. These established supply routes are the basis of our authenticity guarantee.
Branded retail bottles are sold as supplied to us. We do not refill, dilute, relabel or substitute them. We check the product against the order and look for obvious presentation issues while preparing it for dispatch.
Packaging can differ
Cellophane & manufacturer seals
Some fragrances are supplied without cellophane or a separate security seal. Brands may change boxes, inserts, labels and finishing between products and batches. A different wrapping style does not necessarily mean that anything has changed about the fragrance inside.
Batch codes, QR labels & holograms
Verification features differ between brands and batches. Where a manufacturer offers an official check for your product, follow its guidance for the relevant code or label. An older batch may have different markings from newer photos of the same fragrance.
Independent brands & inspired styles
Some fragrances in our collection may be described as inspired by or similar in style to another scent. The product remains a genuine fragrance from the independent brand named on its listing. The comparison describes a scent direction; it does not mean the product was made, endorsed or licensed by the other fragrance house, or that the two scents are identical.
We use these descriptions to help you understand the scent direction before you choose a fragrance.
Scent & performance questions
Strength, projection and longevity can feel different from one person or setting to another. A fragrance wearing differently from what you expected does not, on its own, tell you how it was sourced.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, leaking or materially different from its description, tell us what happened so we can review that concern separately. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how we handle product problems.
Questions about your fragrance?
Check your order. Compare the brand, fragrance name, size and version with your order confirmation and the product listing.
Send us the details. Keep the bottle and packaging, and email your order number, product name and photos of the bottle, box, labels and any visible batch or verification codes. Tell us what you would like us to clarify.
We will look into it. We will check the product details against your order, our supply information and any relevant brand guidance, then explain what we find. Where the brand offers an official verification route, you can also contact it directly for reassurance.
